Scrap Metal Gantry Shear

A scrap metal gantry shear is a heavy-duty, top-loaded hydraulic shear with a wide cutting box, engineered for high-volume processing of oversized and bulky scrap. HUAXIN manufactures gantry shears with cutting forces from 250T to 2500T — the largest in our range — ideal for steel mills and mega-scale recycling yards.

A gantry-type loader continuously feeds scrap into the chamber, enabling automated, high-tonnage output with minimal labor. Features include multi-blade configurations, a reinforced welded frame, PLC-controlled cutting cycles, and wear-resistant Hardox liners. Each gantry shear is built, assembled, and 48-hour load tested in our Tangshan factory before shipping worldwide.
