HUAXIN hydraulic scrap metal shears cover cutting forces from 80T to 2,500T, including alligator shears, inclined shears, gantry shears, container shears and shear balers. Hardox blades and sealed hydraulic systems enable 24/7 continuous cutting of rebar, I-beams, pipes and bundled wire. Models are factory-tested at 150% rated load before shipment, with spare blades available within 48 hours.

Densify steel turnings, sheet offcuts and aluminum cans into furnace-ready bales. Choose closed-end balers (80T–1000T) for maximum density or horizontal balers for continuous in-line operation beside stamping presses. Wear-resistant chambers extend service intervals by 40%.

Reduce end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) , white goods and aluminum profiles to uniform fragments. Single-shaft models (1–10 t/h) deliver precise sizing; twin-shaft models (up to 60 t/h) handle mixed bulky scrap. Hardened H13 alloy blades process e-waste and cable assemblies safely.

Pulverize engine blocks, ELVs, brake rotors, steel drums and cast iron into charge-ready particles. Output from 2-320 t/h. Power from 150HP to 11000HP High manganese liners minimize wear-part replacement.
