HUAXIN was founded in 1989 as a specialized metalworking equipment workshop in Tangshan, Hebei Province — one of China’s most important industrial steel-producing regions. The Ma’anshan facility focuses on industrial scrap metal shredders, shredder blades, shafts and wear parts. Blade thickness, cutter material, hook geometry, shaft structure and output size can be configured according to the customer’s scrap material and processing target.
This facility supports customers processing ELV bodies, appliances, aluminum profiles, e-waste housings, mixed metal scrap and other bulky materials.
Metal Crusher Factory — Complete Processing Line Engineering
Our metal crusher facility focuses on heavy-duty metal crushers and complete crushing line integration. Based on the customer’s material, required capacity and plant layout, HUAXIN can provide equipment configuration suggestions for feeding, crushing, conveying, magnetic separation and discharge systems.
For complete lines, layout drawings can be prepared according to the available space, power supply and downstream processing requirements.

Precision Welding & Machining
Our CNC machining centers produce shafts, housings, and blade mounts to tolerances of ±0.2 mm. Machine frames and structural parts are fabricated according to the approved design. Critical welding areas are inspected during production to support long-term operation under cutting, pressing, shredding or crushing loads.
Premium Components
According to requirement, HUAXIN machines can be equipped with electrical components Siemens, Schneider Electric, CNHT and Delixi. Both manual control and PLC control systems are available. Motor brands and electrical configurations can also be selected according to customer requirements, local power standards and after-sales service preferences.
Factory Testing Before Shipment
