Horizontal Baler

A horizontal baler is a continuous-feed hydraulic press designed for high-volume baling of non-metal recyclables, including waste paper, paper board, waste plastic bottle, etc. HUAXIN manufactures horizontal balers with compaction forces from 80T to 300T, engineered for automated, conveyor-fed operation where throughput matters most.

Compared with vertical balers, a horizontal baler accepts continuous infeed, ties bales automatically, and ejects them in sequence — enabling one operator to process large daily tonnage with minimal labor. Each unit features a Wear-resistant compression chamber, an automatic wire-tying system, and a PLC control for repeatable bale weight and density. Our horizontal balers are widely installed in scrap yards and industrial recycling lines. Every machine is built and 48-hour load tested in our own factory before shipment.
