How It Works of HUAXIN scrap metal shear?

• Step 1 – Material Loading
  
  Load scrap metal into the feeding chamber using an excavator or grapple.
• Step 2 – Automatic Feeding
  
  The feeding lid closes automatically. The hydraulic pushing cylinder advances the scrap material to the preset cutting position.
• Step 3 – Material Clamping
  
  Once the material reaches the preset distance (adjustable via the PLC control system), the hold-down cylinder firmly clamps the scrap to prevent movement during cutting.
• Step 4 – Hydraulic Shearing
  
  The shear blade moves downward to complete the cut. After cutting, the blade and hold-down cylinder return automatically while the pushing cylinder advances the material to the next preset position, starting the next cutting cycle.
