Answers on ordering, warranty, shipping, installation and after-sales for HUAXIN scrap metal processing machines.
Warranty Program
Every machine leaves the works after a no-load and load test, and ships with a written warranty schedule in the contract. The main frame, shafts, gearboxes and hydraulic components are covered against defects in material and workmanship for the period stated in your contract. Wear parts such as blades, screens, liners and seals are consumables and are priced separately.
Send the serial number, a description of the fault and photographs or video to [email protected]. Our engineers diagnose remotely first, and if a part is needed it ships from stock, with costs following the terms in your contract. Most claims are settled without a site visit.
Each shipment includes the operation manual in English, wiring and hydraulic schematics, a packing list, the test report for your build, and the certificates your market requires. CE marking is standard for the European Union, and other certifications are quoted on request.
Standard-configuration machines ship in 30 to 45 days after the deposit clears. Configurations with non-standard chambers, motors or control systems typically run 60 to 75 days. The confirmed date is written into your order confirmation.
We work on a deposit-and-balance structure: a part payment with the order to book the production slot, and the balance before shipment once you have reviewed the test report. Letters of credit are accepted for repeat and project orders.
Yes, and we recommend it for project-scale orders. Our works in Tangshan manufacture the frames, machine the blades and build the hydraulic power packs on site, so the whole process can be seen in one visit. Video walkthroughs are arranged for buyers who cannot travel.
In some markets we work through established agents, and in others we supply factory direct with our own commissioning engineers. Tell us your country and material profile and we will confirm which support model applies before you commit to anything.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, and that is the core of the business. Chamber width, motor rating, blade steel and tooth profile, discharge arrangement and control level are all selected against your material, its thickness and your daily tonnage. Send a sample or a material analysis and the configuration is proposed around it.
We do. A typical line pairs a shear or shredder with conveying, magnetic and eddy-current separation, dust control and a baler for the light fraction, commissioned as one system with one spare-parts list and one service contact.
Machines move as break-bulk or in containers depending on size: balers and small shredders fit standard containers, while gantry shears travel as dismantled assemblies in flat racks. We handle export packing, fumigation and documentation, and provide loading photographs.
We quote both FOB China and CIF to your port, so customs clearance, duties and inland transport can be built into the delivered price. If you prefer your own forwarder, we supply the full document set for FOB shipment.
For a first machine we send a commissioning engineer for set-up, electrical connection, no-load and load runs and operator training, typically two to four weeks on site depending on the machine. Remote commissioning with video support is available for repeat configurations.
Commissioning includes hands-on operator training covering start-up and shutdown, blade changes, daily lubrication and inspection points, and fault diagnosis. Training videos and a spares recommendation list sized to your duty cycle are supplied as well.
Blades, liners, screens, seals, hydraulic components and electrical parts are held in stock and ship within days of an order. Expected wear-part consumption is estimated from your material profile at quotation stage, so the running cost is known before you buy.
The same engineering team. Spare parts, technical support and overhaul work stay available for the life of the machine, and we hold drawings and build records for every serial number produced.
Shipping & Recent Orders
Ocean transit to main ports typically runs 25 to 40 days depending on the route, and less to Southeast Asian destinations. Air freight is used for urgent spare parts. Your production schedule and delivery date are confirmed in writing before the order.
Frames are shot-blasted and primed before packing, machined surfaces are greased and wrapped, electrical cabinets are crated, and containers are fumigated where the destination requires it. Loading photographs are sent before departure.
Machines are built to your local grid: 380 V at 50 Hz and 220 V at 60 Hz are standard, and diesel-hydraulic or generator-driven power units are offered where mains power is unavailable. Motor rating and starting method are matched to the supply you actually have.
Emergency stops at every operating station, guarded drives, overload protection and interlocks come as standard on every machine, and hydraulic circuits are tested above working pressure. Additional guarding is fitted to match your local regulations.
You receive a written production schedule with the order, plus milestone updates at casting, machining, assembly and test. Pre-shipment photographs and the test report reach you before the balance payment falls due.
Yes, and many buyers do. A single shear or baler is ordered on standard terms, and once the configuration proves itself on your material, the rest of the line is quoted against the same specification, spares and service base.
